If I had to describe my photography, I'd describe it in one word: elegance.

Majority of my photography centers around scenery and landscapes. Usually when I take a photo, I try to preserve the image I'm seeing with my own eyes so that audience can see it the way I do. Other times, I try to get my audience to see the subject in a different way than usual. When the subject is a person or group of persons, I love candid photos. Capturing people in their natural form, capturing their emotions, capturing the moment and sharing it with my audience. Whatever my subject is, I stay away from digital manipulations (if I do, it's overt and not covert). I prefer to use my digital post-processing for making corrections to the image (such as tonal levels, exposure, sharpening, focus cropping, etc.)

I say "elegance" to describe my works because I notice much of my selected work is simple in nature, subtle with the details, yet still charming (at least to myself). I notice other photographers usage of "showy" effects (either digitally rendered, or physically manipulated, or both). I won't say that they are wrong in their approach, especially when I can appreciate their work; Hollywood films are wonderful examples of the fusion of digitally and physically manipulated photography. I just wanted to highlight the (welcomed) different approaches to photography.

Getting sprayed with jet fuel is not fun.

I was installing a gas turbine engine on the jet, and the asshole that removed it didn't do it properly. So when I went to install that shit, fucking jet fuel sprayed all over my face.

I went to the eye wash station and rinsed that shit out of my eyes, and it was fucking hard to breathe with the jet fuel vapors. Being so hard to breathe, I was taking deep breaths... but I was only inhaling more vapors, which made me feel even more sick. And then my face started feeling tingly as my skin was getting intensely exfoliated... at least tomorrow I'll have a perfect complexion.

I still feel sick right now.
